By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  1. PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of our products (perishable products and consumables), we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we offer refunds. Any damage to products during shipping will need to be handled directly with the USPS. If you experience any inconvenience or product damage upon receipt of your order, we will do our best to assist you in any way we can.

  1. SERVICES

Limon’s Bartending does not accept cancellations in the scheduling of our services. Please verify the scheduling date of our services before scheduling a service. Please note that the purchase of services are final and non-refundable and cancellations are not accepted. If you have any problem or inconvenience with your reservation please contact us through our contact information.

  1. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Undeliverable packages that are returned to Limon’s Bartending will not be automatically re-sent and additional shipping charges may be incurred. If you wish to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
